No. HealthPortfolio helps you organise and understand your information and prepare for appointments. Your care team makes medical decisions.
How do I start, and does it cost anything?
Start with the free health assessment. Paid plans unlock deeper guidance and more assistant use; the Pricing page shows what each includes.
What does the assistant do with my questions?
It answers from your own records and published guides, shows the source, and never diagnoses. Your messages are kept for 120 days and you can delete them at any time.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete your chat history yourself, and you can ask to close your account from your settings.
Which languages are supported?
English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese (Brazil), Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, Russian, Thai, Vietnamese, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu and Filipino. Typed questions to the assistant are understood in English for now.
Can I share my results with my doctor?
Yes. You can share a summary with your doctor by a link you control.
Is the information medical advice?
No. Everything here is general, educational information. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
