Draft a support ticket, or cancel your plan at the end of the period. It always shows exactly what will happen and waits for your confirmation.
Every answer
Shows where it came from
An answer about you names the record it used. A general answer names the published guide it came from.
What does HbA1c mean?
HbA1c shows your average blood sugar over the past two to three months. Your care team can tell you what your result means for you.

Clear limits
What it will not do
- It does not diagnose, or say whether a result is right for you.
- It does not recommend or change medicine doses.
- It cannot hand you over to our team. For help, open a support ticket.
- It is not for emergencies. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
- It understands typed questions in English only, for now. Menu options work in all 15 languages.
Your conversations
- Messages are kept for 120 days and you can delete them at any time.
- Our team may review questions the assistant could not answer, or answers you rated unhelpful. They see it without your name and without anything from your records.
- You can rate any answer with a thumbs up or down.
