Questions

Questions about mental health

Why does a health app ask about my mood?

Mood, sleep and stress affect your body as well as your mind. Tracking them helps you and your care team see patterns.

Is feeling low or anxious a medical problem?

Everyone has hard days. If feelings last for weeks, get worse or get in the way of daily life, talk to your care team. Help is available and it works for many people.

Who can see my mental health answers?

Your entries belong to your account and you control who can see them. Ask your care team how they use this information.

What should I do if I am thinking about harming myself?

Call or text 988 in the US, or your local crisis line, or go to the nearest emergency department. You do not have to wait for an appointment.
